FAQ, Troubleshooting การแก้ไขปัญหา Alexa Echo Dot เบื้องต้น
ปัญหาที่ 1: ไม่สามารถเพิ่ม Echo Device ลง App ได้
ปัญหานี้ ที่พบส่วนใหญ่ จะเกิดกับผู้ใช้ iOS เป็นหลัก ยังไม่ทราบสาเหตุที่แน่ชัด แต่วิธีแก้คร่าวๆ มีดังนี้
- ให้ Add Echo Device ผ่าน https://alexa.amazon.com/ ชั่วคราว
- เมื่อ Add สำเร็จแล้ว ให้ทำการ Logout และ Login ที่ Alexa App อีกครั้งหนึ่ง หน้าตา Application จะเปลี่ยนไป
หากวิธีดังกล่าวไม่ได้ผล ให้ทำการเปลี่ยน “Country / Region Setting” เป็น United States ตามวิธีการด้านล่างนี้
